At PeakIQ Diagnostics & Psychology, LLC, we specialize in providing comprehensive, bilingual special education evaluations for students across Texas. Our goal is to identify barriers to learning and deliver clear, actionable reports that support schools in meeting each student’s unique needs while maintaining compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) standards and guidelines.
We operate through a multidisciplinary model that integrates the expertise of Licensed Specialists in School Psychology (LSSPs), speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educational diagnosticians. By collaborating with school district teams and special education staff, we ensure that evaluations are culturally responsive, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices, particularly when serving bilingual learners.
School Psychology – Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs), ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia identification, emotional/behavioral assessments, bilingual evaluation services.
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) – Monolingual and bilingual speech, language, and communication evaluations.
Occupational Therapy (OT) – Fine motor, sensory, and adaptive functioning assessments, including bilingual OT.
Educational Diagnostics – Academic achievement, dyslexia/dysgraphia screening, and learning/intellectual disability identification.

Psychoeducational Evaluations for Special Education
We assess English language learners in the areas of cognitive abilities, academic achievement, language dominance, social-emotional functioning, and behavior as part of the special education evaluation process.
Our bilingual and bicultural expertise allows us to work closely with parents and school teams to determine whether a student’s difficulties stem from second language acquisition or an educational disability. We specialize in assessing students who are bilingual, particularly those exposed to both English and Spanish.
Counseling as a Related Service
We offer individual and group counseling services tailored to support bilingual students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Our individual counseling focuses on areas such as social-emotional growth, academic stress management, behavioral challenges, and transitions or cultural adjustments. Consultation Services
We provide expert consultation services to support ARD committees, Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, and parent training. Our bilingual specialists collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to create tailored strategies that address each student’s unique needs. We assist with interpreting assessment data, setting measurable goals, and recommending effective interventions to ensure student success.
We also empower parents through training sessions designed to help them navigate the IEP process, advocate for their child, and implement strategies at home. By fostering collaboration between schools and families, our consultation services bridge gaps, enhance understanding, and promote the best outcomes for students.
