Kimberly Castillo, M.A., School Psychologist, Owner of PeakIQ Diagnostics & Psychology, LLC
I am a bilingual School Psychologist with experience supporting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students across diverse educational settings. With a strong background in psychoeducational assessment, consultation, and counseling, I am passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential while fostering inclusive and supportive school environments.
My expertise includes conducting comprehensive special education evaluations, developing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support students with unique learning needs. I specialize in working with diverse populations, including bilingual and English Language Learners, and excel at building rapport with students, families, and educators to promote positive outcomes.
Before entering school psychology, I served as a math teacher at a Title I school, where I developed skills in data-driven instruction, differentiated learning, and leadership. That experience continues to inform my work as a school psychologist, blending my teaching foundation with my passion for mental health, equity, and advocacy.
Through my independent practice, PeakIQ Diagnostics & Psychology, LLC, I offer bilingual school psychology services and partner with districts across Texas to provide high-quality, culturally responsive evaluations. I remain committed to ongoing professional growth and to maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards in practice.
